Let’s get a little “zany” with the Zany Zoo Bundle by Stampin’ Up!  I come to you LIVE each Saturday morning at 9am central on Facebook with a card layout or fun-fold card featuring the current catalog and online exclusives from Stampin’ Up!  If you are not on FB, you can catch the replay over on YouTube following the live.

Here’s a look at today’s card with a demonstration video if you would like to give it a try and follow along.

The measurements for today’s card are as follows:

  • Card base 4 1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5 1/2″
  • Basic White Cardstock cut at 3″ x 4″ and another at 3 3/4″ x 5″ for the insert.

Fun-fold with “Scenery” Designer Series Papers

This week’s fun-fold works perfectly with the “scenery” style Designer Series Paper from Stampin’ Up!  Here’s a peek at today’s project and be sure to scroll down to see the additional cards ideas.

Measurements:

Card base 5 1/2″ x 7 1/4″, scored at 4 1/4″

Light colored cardstock for the inside cut at 4″ x 5 1/4″

Cardstock cut at 4 1/4″ square -same color as card base, scored at 1″

Scenery style paper cut at 2 3/4″ x 5 1/4″, another cut at 3″ x 4″

Scraps for stamping and embellishing the front flap.

FREE 1/8″ increment Layer Templates

These 1/8″ increment layering templates are the perfect complement to 1/4″ layering template set.  These two sets make it so easy and fun to design your layout with the measurements at your fingertips.

Here is the FREE template for the 1/8″ increment layering templates.  I can’t wait to see what you create using these templates.  Remember you really only have to measure once when making the templates and then it is simply tick marks and cutting!

Trouble figuring out layering sizes?

Hello!

Today I am here to tell you that I have a simple way to figure out the sizes for layering your projects!

Here is a FREE PDF that works with the Avery 8160 labels.  Simply print, cut and attach to either paper or cardstock.  Then when creating, you can lay the pieces on your project to determine the size.  This set of labels is created using 1/4″ increments.  Be sure to check back later this week for a set of 1/8″ sizing labels too!
