It’s time to start making those Thanksgiving  and Christmas items now!

Here is a simply stamped card. This case is from Connie Stewart and is so simple and  stunning at the same time. One stamp set, with two colors of ink! I hope you like it as much as I do.

This card uses the Merry Christmas to All set using Merry Merlot and Tranquil Tide inks.

I will be placing an order on Saturday, so if you would like this set, please let me know and I can place your order.  If you are ordering online, be sure to use Host Code DN2F9A7S to save on shipping.

65 Days until Christmas!

Hi everyone!

This week I shared with you projects using the featured stamp set Making Every Day Bright.  I have one last project using the Bulb Builder punch to make this cheerful Christmas card!

For this card I heat embossed each of the bulbs using the 2018-2019 In-Color embossing powders.  I will be sharing a video this week demonstrating this technique.  The pine branches are from the lovely Christmas Pines stamp set found on Page 98 in the Annual Catalog.  Don’t forget there are many seasonal sets to choose from in the Annual Catalog too!

Have a wonderful day, and SKOL Vikings!  💜

Tips and Technique Thursday!

Hello my stampin’ peeps,

I hope your week  has had many “Bright” spots!  I’m so excited that  the weather forecast for today is BRigHt and warmer!

Here is a project I want to share with you.  It is made with the featured  product of the week , “Making Every Day Bright”

This card was very quick and easy to put together, and who wouldn’t love to get this?  I used the Wood Plank Embossing Folder, the sentiment is from the Country Home stamp set, the edging is from the Delicate Lace Edgelit Dies using the Big Shot to cut, and of course the leaves are stamped and punch using the Making Every Day Bright stamp set  and the Bulb Builder Punch.  The leaves are colored with a variety of colors from the Stampin’ Blends alcohol marker collection.

Because the Thankful & Blessed holiday is upon us, let us reflect that message in our card giving.  The stamps in this set as I have said before, fit every season and many holidays too.

*tip of the week…   when using a punch, turn it upside down so the opening is facing you.  This allows you to line up your stamped image perfectly for punching!.

Have a great day, and as always, leave a comment!

Bright Ideas

Happy “hump day”!

Today I have a few “Bright” ideas using this week’s featured set from Stampin’Up! called “Making Every Day Bright”

Here is a cute 3×3 note card that uses the stamp set along with the Bulb Builder punch to firm the stamped flower petals and Pear Pizazz leaves. Notice the light bulb strand doubles as a decorative edge on this one.

This one changes the season and is the little penguin stamp, again using the Bulb Builder Punch to step it up.

I hope you enjoy and give today’s “Bright” ideas a try.  Remember… I love hearing from you and it also enters you in my weekly PRIZE PATROL drawing.

Happy Stampin’

Making Every Day Bright

Happy Monday stampers!

This week’s “Product of the Week” is the 27 piece photopolymer stamp set called Making Every Day Bright.

This set includes stamps for Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall, covering most holidays in between.  Because this is a photopolymer set, it requires acrylic blocks for mounting the stamps before stamping.  Here is a quick and easy card  I made using this set.

To make this even easier, there is a coordinating punch!  What a quick way to add dimension to your projects.

Check back throughout the week to see more projects using this very fun and versatile set.

Make it a BRIGHT and creative day!
